Biographical note

Sylvain François-Haugrin is a Lean Six Sigma black belt and a certified Quality Management System lead auditor. With over 15 years’ experience in business process management and transformation, he helps organizations optimize their business and administrative processes.

An experienced consultant in the fields of continuous improvement systems and quality engineering, Mr. François-Haugrin works with customers in all business sectors to apply these concepts to formalize their business processes, improve their efficiency and solve their business problems.

Over the course of his career, he has been involved as a project manager for management system improvement or implementation projects, as an expert on numerous subjects related to quality and process management, and as a management system auditor.
